After an Anonymous posting on the Bembridge Community Noticeboard that said that the Harbour was for sale. Mike Samuelson (acting chair of BHUG, the user group) spoke to Malcolm Thorpe. Yesterday Mr Thorpe confirmed that it was his intention to place the Harbour on the market in the very near future so that once sold he could retire and enjoy more time with his family. In the meantime, it was business as usual.
More information will be posted when available. No indication so far to the extent of what will be offered or the terms.
