Dear Members Court date fixed Finally, we have a court date for the Judicial Review of the Statutory Harbour Authority. The final hearing will be on 23rd March 2023, in the High Court in London. It appears that the vast majority of the £900,000 proceeds from the sale of Bembridge Point gravel yard with extraction rights, should have gone to the statutory harbour authority (BHIC) but have instead gone to the Thorpes' property company, BIL.
